Welcome to SkillsHubAir, your micro-hub for learning & improvement at SkillsHubAir.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our offerings, including coaching sessions, digital learning materials, and physical training kits.

1. Services Overview

SkillsHubAir offers three categories of offerings:

Personal coaching sessions and expert-led workshops.
Digital learning materials, such as e-books and recorded courses.
Physical training kits and printed guides.

2. Eligibility and Use

By accessing our site and offerings, you confirm you have the capacity to agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of content is prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All pricing is displayed in local currency. Payment must be completed prior to access. We accept major credit cards and third-party processors.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the terms below for each offering category.

4.1 Coaching Sessions and Workshops

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund of the payment. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 days before the session for a one-time complimentary booking transfer. Cancellations within 7 days of the session start are not eligible for a refund due to resource planning and instructor arrangements.

4.2 Digital Learning Materials

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than half of the material. After this period or usage threshold, all sales of digital materials are final due to the immediate availability of content.

4.3 Physical Training Kits

Unused items in their original condition may be sent back to our address within 30 calendar days for a refund of the payment. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Once we receive and inspect the kit, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

4.4 Situations with No Refund

Live events that have commenced in full cannot be refunded, as preparations and instructor commitments cannot be undone. Custom-built study plans and one-on-one sessions delivered in part also fall under this section.

4.5 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through the original method of payment within 14 days after approval. You will receive confirmation by email once the refund is completed.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on SkillsHubAir.com with an updated effective date.
